Caregiver of the Month

RAD caregiver, Jessica F. used to work in a nursing home, but enjoys working one-on-one with clients within their own homes. As she is going to school for nursing, we are excited that she is able to implement some of her school knowledge in providing quality care for her clients. Although her thorough assistance is appreciated by her clients, they particularly enjoy Jessica’s sweet, gentle personality. She has the ability to make her clients feel comfortable in her presence, and they trust her ability to meet their needs with their best interest at heart. Her clients and their family members have commented to the office how impressed they are with Jessica’s ability to connect with them on a personal level, and converse with them about their interests in a comfortable fashion.
We appreciate Jessica’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients. The schedulers are confident placing her in any situation, knowing she will do a great job. Jessica has been an excellent addition to our caregiving staff, and we are thankful that she is able to continue visiting her clients while balancing a busy school schedule!
