Caregiver of the Month

Liela is an amazing caregiver. Not only does she meet the needs of her clients as requested, but she goes above and beyond required duties. Liela takes time to personally connect with her clients, discovering her clients’ interests, and then working to find ways to weave those interests into their time together. She impresses us with the ways she can draw a client out of their shell and engage them in life, even taking a client to get her ears pierced! While caregiving, Liela also utilizes her personal skills to go above and beyond, such as using her sewing abilities to hem her clients’ pants. Her clients are grateful for how she takes such wonderful care of them!
The schedulers appreciate Liela’s willingness to go anywhere, never complaining of challenging situations. We are often amazed at how she rolls with whatever problems she encounters; it seems nothing phases her! Liela’s giving nature is also evident in how she cares for her mother who lives with her. She has a genuine heart to serve others, and everyone who knows Liela is touched by her kindness!
